We have learned that our urban centers are lacking 4 areas that are essential to bring real change and take someone from crisis to self-sustainability.
Our community services organization, T.H.E.M (Transportation, Housing, Education and Medical), is dedicated to providing practical, holistic solutions to complex problems experienced by men, women, homeless veterans and others in urban America. Through caring community partnerships, T.H.E.M will focus on meeting basic needs, addressing social determinants of health such as transportation, housing, education, physical and mental health, as well as implement programs for
life skills and career development, skilled trades training, dental care and overall wellness.
